Dear RWDSU 25th Quadrennial Convention Delegates, Alternates & Guests,
This is an exciting time for the union; and the 25th Convention of the RWDSU will be an important and memorable event. We wanted to provide you with some information about some of the convention logistics for this week.
Registration will be held on Monday, starting at 2:00 p.m. and running until 6:00 p.m., at the Registration Desk in the foyer of the Citron Ballroom in the lower level of the hotel, or from 6:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. in the the RWDSU Convention Offices, which are located in Areca on the same floor of the hotel. Late registration will be held in Citron East/West beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
The 25th Convention officially begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Doors to the Citron Ballroom will be open beginning at 8:40 a.m. and you will enter the hall through Citron East/West where all convention booths will also be located. Times for all other sessions will be announced during the convention.
All delegates and alternates are expected to attend all convention sessions. Approved and registered guests are welcome as well. You can view the agenda here.

During the Wednesday afternoon session, we will be taking the official photograph of the convention. Please remember to wear your RWDSU union gear!
There are two scheduled social events. All delegates, alternates, and registered guests are invited to attend both events:
On Tuesday, we will be holding an opening reception immediately following the end of the afternoon session in Citron East/West.
On Thursday at 6pm, we will be holding the Celebrate the RWDSU Reception & Dinner which will begin in the Citron Ballroom Foyer. Admission tickets will be given out during the Thursday general session of the convention.
