Cheez-It Workers Win Majority Employer Paid Healthcare

Congratulations to RWDSU Local 184-L members who work for Kellanova making Cheez-It crackers in Kansas City, Kansas! Workers recently ratified a new three-year agreement with significant wage increases, increased training pay, and improved vacation benefits. By sticking together, workers won a provision that has the company picking up 95% of the cost of RWDSU healthcare. The worker bargaining committee also fought hard for improvements including pension increases, short term disability increases, just cause language, and much more. There is power in a union!
