Local 1102 is proud to announce the ratification of a new three-year agreement with Chartwells Compass Group at Iona University. This agreement covers the dedicated food service workers who keep students fed every day, ensuring their vital role on campus is respected and protected.
The momentum at United Dairy is officially unstoppable. On April 1st, workers at the Fairmont, West Virginia, facility stood together and voted unanimously to ratify a brand-new contract that brings massive improvements to their pay, benefits, and working conditions. This big win in Fairmont comes just two weeks after RWDSU Local 379 members at the sister location in Lancaster, Ohio, secured their own landmark agreement and just a month after members in Marietta, Ohio secured theirs. By standing united across state lines, United Dairy workers are proving that solidarity pays off.
