Local 338 members at First Student, which includes 170 school bus drivers, van drivers and monitors serving New Rochelle and Mount Vernon, New York public schools, have won a strong new contract with substantial gains across the board.
In a powerful show of solidarity, members of RWDSU Local 379 working at United Dairy in Lancaster, Ohio have voted unanimously to ratify a new collective bargaining agreement. The successful negotiations, led by RWDSU member Howard Mooney and the Local 379 bargaining committee, concluded on March 18, 2026 with a contract that delivers significant economic gains and enhanced benefits for the workforce.
RWDSU members working for the Berlin Borough street crew have overwhelmingly ratified a new three-year collective bargaining agreement. The contract delivers critical improvements to wages, safety equipment, and family security for the workers who maintain the borough’s essential infrastructure.
After a focused contract campaign, members at Valley View Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation have voted to ratify a new three-year agreement. Represented by RWDSU Local 139, the bargaining unit stood firm to secure a contract that delivers essential improvements to wages, benefits, and workplace protections.
